Conceived during the exuberance of the 1980s, the Lamborghini LM002 redefined the boundaries of the supercar by combining the Countach's legendary 5.2-liter V12 with genuine off-road capability. Originally derived from Lamborghini's military vehicle program, the LM002 featured permanent four-wheel drive, a massive 76-gallon fuel tank, specially developed Pirelli Scorpion run-flat tires, and a luxuriously appointed leather interior. Nicknamed the "Rambo Lambo," it quickly became the vehicle of choice for royalty, celebrities, and collectors seeking one of the most outrageous and capable performance vehicles ever built. Just 301 examples were produced between 1986 and 1993, with only 48 built to desirable LM/American specification for the U.S. market.

This LM/American, chassis number 12186, was delivered new through Florida and retains its original Nero over black color combination. It has been subject to an extensive five-year mechanical and cosmetic restoration totaling more than $325,000, during which virtually every aspect of the vehicle was refurbished.
