The Enzo's importance within the collector car hierarchy has long been acknowledged, but in recent months the market has affirmed that view with striking conviction, establishing the model as the defining collectible of the modern supercar era. Built in a run of just 399 (+1) examples and conceived as the ultimate expression of the company's Formula One technology in road-going form, the Enzo is now broadly regarded as the high-water mark for investable modern Ferraris.
The Ferrari Classiche "Red Book" for chassis 137332, issued in September 2020, records that this Japanese-market example was configured exactly as it presents today in iconic Rosso Corsa D.S. (322) over a Pelle Nera (VM 8500) interior and was delivered through Cornes Motors Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan, in June 2004—the final year of Enzo production. Consistent, near-yearly inspection forms on file track the car's modest usage over almost two decades, in which time it has accumulated a scant 3,463 kilometers—averaging well under 200 km per year since new. By August 2020, the Enzo was in the care of Nitto Kinzoku Co., Ltd. in Setagaya, Tokyo, who entrusted authorized Ferrari service center Cornes Motors to perform a full inspection, which noted clutch wear at 30 percent. On 18 November 2022, the Enzo was issued an export certificate, noting the then-owner as Kisarazu-based dealer PROSLINK, with a scheduled export date of 31 January 2023.
Now stateside, chassis 137332 continues to present as an impeccably preserved specimen with just 3,496 kilometers (≈2,172 miles) traveled at the time of consignment. The car is joined by its aforementioned Classiche Red Book, which notes that the engine, transmission, body, and all other equipment are the original, factory-installed components. It is further accompanied by its tool kit, owner's manuals folio, tire inflator, wheel socket tool, and factory car cover.
An unbroken chain of Japanese documentation—spanning nearly two decades of annual inspection records and a CarVX report documenting near-static odometer readings—confirms a life of exceptional restraint. Taken together with its fully matching, Classiche-certified status and immaculate presentation, chassis 137332 is among the most thoroughly documented and conscientiously preserved examples of this increasingly sought-after model.
